About the Role:

Reporting to the senior members in your team, you will be taking on a lead role in maintaining our client’s day to day record keeping of the financial activities, assist with preparing monthly management accounts for our clients and carry out range administration activities.

Responsibilities Will include:

  • Take a lead role in implementing robust financial controls and procedures for our client’s record keeping & financial management.
  • Carryout weekly bookkeeping for our clients (posting of supplier invoices, raise invoices to customers and enter bank transactions)
  • Weekly reconciliation of nominal ledgers and bank accounts
  • Weekly reconciliation of supplier & customer ledgers
  • Assist with monthly management accounts preparation and post accruals and prepayments journals.
  • Reconcile and submit quarterly VAT, assist with payroll processing and pension


The Person:

  • Candidates will be at least a part qualified CIMA/ ACCA/ACA/AAT (any equivalent qualifica-tions)
  • Preferably have minimum 1 year previous experience in similar role
  • Good understanding of double entry bookkeeping and bank reconciliations
  • Show excellent attention to detail and ability to work on your own initiative.
  • Should have basic knowledge of computerised accounting packages( Sage, QuickBooks,Xero & MS Excel-intermediate level)
  • Enthusiastic team player with great interpersonal, communication skills with proficiency in english
